Project Scope

Archive is a mixed-use 5-story wrap and is the second of three buildings in the Park & Paseo community containing 403 units ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments.

Statistics

This project ran from April 2019 through June 2020.

Our scope included iterative design visualization including FF&E selection, value engineering changes, and RFI coordination efforts. We also provided final marketing material for pre-leasing.

  • 23 virtual tour revisions with 1,451 renderings over 15 months
  • 844 collaborative design team comments with 258 attachments
  • 1,326 architectural drawings incorporated over 19 sets
  • 1,198 collaborative design sessions with 899 total users
