The development features 320 apartments and townhomes averaging 939 square feet. Architect Cline Design Associates drew inspiration for the community’s design from the Ayrsley Town Center.

This project ran from groundbreaking in September 2019 through pre-leasing in February 2021.

Our scope included iterative design visualization including FF&E selection, value engineering changes, and RFI coordination efforts. We also provided final marketing material for pre-leasing.

Example Design Revisions

Though the entire project design changed dramatically, the clubroom gourmet kitchen best illustrates the iterative nature of our service. As the design changed, our visualizations allowed the teams to collaborate and give feedback remotely, keeping the developers, designers, construction and field teams on the same page.

The public-facing virtual tour was used on the property website, Facebook, and sent via targeted marketing emails. Hosting costs included.

Flythrough Video

This 2 minute flythrough video along with individual shots were produced using the existing model to maximize its marketing value.

Leasing Collateral

To round out the project, 10 floorplans were used to produce both 3D top-down "dollhouse" views and black-and-white 2D drawings. The civil set was used to develop the site map, used by leasing agents to point out amenities and various available units.
