Project Scope

Cirrus, located a few miles west of downtown Denver, will feature 292 apartments on a 2-acre parking lot west of Mile High Stadium and will help address Denver’s affordable housing shortage. This project ran from February through May 2021.

Our scope included iterative design visualization including FF&E selection, value engineering changes, and RFI coordination efforts. We also provided final marketing material for pre-leasing.

  • 685 collaborative design team comments with 365 attachments
  • 572 architectural drawings incorporated
  • 56 collaborative design sessions with 34 total users

Example Design Revisions

Before framing, there were questions on the feel of the clubroom based on the RCP drawings. The design team iterated with us to find the right solution, saving time in the field without having to live with an ultimately sub-par solution.

Virtual Tour

The public-facing virtual tour was used on the property website, Facebook, and sent via targeted marketing emails. Hosting costs included.
